I homeschool my 3 kids, and we love to try new recipes for 'home ec'. Doubling or cutting a recipe in half gives us great practice with our fractions! I enjoy reading and singing.

Favorite Foods:

I love to make chicken piccata, but I would say my family loves it best when I cook on the grill. I enjoy Chinese and Mexican restaurants the most.
