Hi, Kitty here. I'm smack in the middle of one of those grand life adventures, living in South Korea, teaching English to middle school boys. I'm having lots of fun trying to cook Korean food, or Western food with Korean ingredients. ![]()
Sadly, I'm just starting to run up against that age where you don't get to eat whatever you want with no consequences anymore. It seems like I woke up one day and all of a sudden none of my pants fit!
So I'm also learning to cook healthier, both by cooking genuinely healthy meals and also by trying to lighten up the bad stuff. Because I'll never be able to give up cheesecake. ![]()
CHOCOLATE, duh.
