I am a mother of two teenagers who loves to bake. I have been decorating cakes for eight years and enjoy a challenge. Creating new recipes is a hobby for me and I love to use my co workers as taste testers. The only problem is they expect something new every week. I love making party cakes for my friends and family members. The type of cakes that I don't enjoy making are Wedding cakes. I have made seven Wedding cakes to this day but they tend to be to stressful for me. I am always checking Recipezaar for new and exciting recipes to try. Thank you.

I love Mexican food I just can't get enough. I would have to say Chile Verde Chimichangas.
