Love being a Grandmother to 3. Love to cook, bake, create my own recipes and perfect the ones I like.

I make my own peanut butter, duck sauce, crumb toppings, ice cream, crust and pie fillings, pot pie and meat pies, cookies, custard, tartar sauce, barbeque sauce, hot chocolate, popcorn balls and caramel corn, all from scratch and I avoid trans fats or partially hydrogenated (any) oils and do not use shortening (which is pure transfats).

I make cookie doughs and freeze them with my Food Saver, and always have chocolate chip cookies in the cookie jar for my special wonderful man (who has to be the origional cookie monster).
