27 years old, female, recent university graduate (finally got that Math degree!), bumming around England currently, am finally able to do something about my passion for cooking! Having fun trying out different recipes, learning lots along the way.

There isn't space to list all of them here! But a few that come to mind right now are ... shrimp scampi (US style, not UK style) ... mashed potatoes ... jacket potatoes ... skirt steak ... cole slaw ... salmon ... pizza ... etc
