I've always loved cooking and have tons of cookbooks but I never like to follow recipes. I always add a little more of this or that. I can't stand food that are bland. I love lots of spice.

I love to garden and every year I end up making my garden bigger. I love growing heirloom vegetables especially heirloom tomatoes. I also have an herb garden.

My favorite things to cook are soups, ethnic dishes, and cookies! I love to cook with seasonal produce and currently I am on an apple kick!
