I am an excellent cook - lived in the mideast for years. Love the cuisine - will be posting some recipes shortly. Love all good food, but definitely like things off the beaten track. Expanding my tastes to add "Florida/Caribbean" style. Have two tonkinese cats and we just added a chinese crested hairless. Adorable.

Am known for tabbouleh and baba ghanoush. Favorite restaurant - Philadelphia in east Jerusalem. Also love Blue Heaven in Key West - how's that for contrast?
