I am a stay at home mother of 2 beautiful girls, a toddler and an infant. They keep me on my toes all day long, but I still find time to try new recipes and perfect old favorites. I love being a mom. And nothing completes that more for me than being able to prepare a delicious healthy meal for my family. Betty Crocker has been my hero in the 3 years that I have been married (so far I am just becoming comfortable with trying new things and put my own twist on them. I absolutely love to bake - cookies, cakes, pie, brownies, breads... all that jazz

I absolutely love any kind of pasta, lasagna in particular. I love vegetables, but am not a vegetarian.
