Just a busy Mama trying to keep my 2 kids on track, loving and helping my awesome hubby . I sing professionally from time to time and love to read, cook, and play the piano, but family is first and takes up almost all my time! I'm interested in meal planning, once a month cooking/freezer cooking, and really would like to eliminate most processed foods from my family's diet.

Favorite Foods:

Pizza, middle eastern, thai, anything w/ cheese in it! I love to bake but don't have as much time as I'd like lately.
