I love to bake. And preserve. And cook. Well I am pretty much obsessed with anything food related. I participate in our Farmer's Market and find the community is such a great support for local cuisine.

Too many to list so I will just say I am not a fan of liver. It's been years since I have dined on it so my mind may have changed....I'll have to try it the next time I have an opportunity.
