Most of my cooking is highly 'experimental', although there haven't been too many non-edible things in all the years. Into traditional foods the last few years. Like to cook. Love this site for recipe ideas...even if I don't always follow them exactly!

Favorite Foods:

Cheese, cheese, and more cheese. A good funky pizza is up there. Fav. yet is carmalized onions and mushrooms, with goat cheese, and balsamic glaze. Yummm! And, of course...chocolate! But not the cheap, icky kind. Same goes for cheese. Real food is the only way to go!
