about me

my daughter was diagnosed with celiacs about 3 yrs ago.since then I browse the internet for new ideas to change gluten based recipes to non gluten. I generally cook one type for the whole family as it's easier and less time consuming.
This is sometimes a challenge as i'm not the best cook so i need recipes that are easy and don't require uncommon ingredients or alot of steps.
