about me

I am a burned out biology teacher cum salesman whose son ran away to West Palm Beach. Chased him down here where I now live in Orlando. He now lives with his "sorta-fiance" and I live alone looking for a lovely shooting partner at the pistol range who loves to cook.

Favorite Foods:

Old fashionedPot Roasts with Gravy, Chicken Cacciatore (when sufficient alka seltzer on hand). My home made Killer Pizza (when sufficient friends are on hand to consume it ) (its baked on a 14 x 20 cookie sheet)
And of course my weekly apple pie. 'cept for the Pie, I CAN NOT BAKE. All my breads are rather like concrete, though my Pizza dough is excellent and light.
