Hi, my name is Rosie and I love to COOK! Or BAKE! I love to do both! I love to look at recipes online and I think my favorite cookbook would be...ah, that's too hard of a question. I am absolutely obsessed with Anthony Bourdain and Giada de Laurentiis! And I absolutely despise Rachel Ray! Let's just say I think she's EVIL!

Favorite Foods:

I think my favorite dish to make is pasta alfredo. It's delicious (way better than store bought) and soo easy to make! I think that my most famous dish is my cheesecake! yummy!
For now, I have a couple of favorite restaurants...Portofino (Olympia-Westside) & The Bread Peddler (downtown Olympia). So basically, my favorite foods, Italian dishes, yummy desserts and delicious breads and pastries!
