My name is Elena. I am a mother of 2 boys. I love water skiing, traveling, spending time with my wonderful husband David, and raising our beautiful boys. I run my own scrapbooking website at:

My husband is an active duty member in the Air Force. I make it a goal to get a great dinner on the table in minimal time during the week and using the weekend as the time to cook special dishes I can take my time on. I love to try new things!

Favorite Foods:

I love anything Italian and everything seafood. I crave a great alfredo sauce every now and then and love to go out to dinner at new places. I aspire to create the perfect cheesecake - not quite there yet... Don't get me started on chocolate!
