about me

Hey! I live in the deep south (next to the ocean) and I love to cook! I, unfortunatly, don't like southern food (i.e, sea food, cajun food, or anything spicy). I'm a 15 year old boy (yes, I know, shocking!), but I don't think that age of sex has anything to do with cooking. I don't think it's just a female thing, and I plan to cook forever! I want to go off to college and do something good (don't know what that good thing is yet). Then, after I retire, I want to go to night-time chef school, and use some saved money to open my own resturant in Chicago. I think that would be really cool! I eat out 1-3 times a day (my parents hate cooking, and they suck at it, lol). So that's why I want to create a resturant. They are a vital part of my life, and I want mine to be something special for everyone that walks in. So, If ya ever wanna talk about cooking, or anything else for that matter, email me at Kyled8888@AOL.com, or IM me, my screen name is also Kyled8888 (It's an AOL name). Thanks, and Cya later!

Favorite Foods:

I said above that I don't like seafood, which is true, but there is one exepsion, my favorite food, fried CRAB CLAWS!!!! I love those things! Anyway, I learned that I loved cooking about two years ago, when me and my cousin where cooking for my grandparents. I loved it so much, I've been using every oppertunity that I have to cook. I mostly like to do things that are quick and easy (frappachinos, strawberry smothies...ya know, blender stuff) but I also like to cook my favorite meal, breakfast. I usually cook eggs, McDonalds style Breakfast bearitos, pancakes, toast, and a ton of other things. I even put a spinich leaf to make it look professional (lol). Well, ttyl! Bye!
