about me

I am quite an ordinary student at the IB diploma programme living in the north of Sweden with my parents and two brothers. The hours of my spare time which are not devoted to homework (thus fewer than I'd wish) I spend reading, horseriding, seeing my friends or, the reason why I submitted to this community, cooking and baking. I also like to run or walk in the woods; I'm not the kind of teenager who wastes away a lovely early morning to sleeping, haha.

Favorite Foods:

As the girl I am, I am a chocolate lover and as the Swedish girl I am, I am a lover of the fabulous Kladdkaka. It has sometimes been compared to brownies but my opinion is that brownies totally lacks the spontanity and stickiness of the Kladdkaka.

However, loving to bake doesn't mean I'm not fond ot cooking. Despite the fact that I'm not entirely a vegetarian, I prefer vegetarian dishes and especially the asian, the spicy and the surprising ones.
