I live in New York City and work in Commercial Real Estate. I love to browse through recipes and read through cookbooks. I also love the theater, hiking, music, entertaining-to name a few! My favorite cookbook is one from Barefoot Contessa-I have prepared many of her recipes; they are easy to prepare and come out nicely. I also love to watch Foodnetwork TV when time allows!
Pet peeves? I live in NYC and my kitchen is really small. I would love to have a huge kitchen-that is my only pet peeve!
Would love to have one month off to prepare all of the recipes that I have clipped over the years!

Favorite Foods:

I like to pick all day as opposed to eating heavy entrees so I love to make different spreads to serve on toasted garlic bread or crackers. I love to eat different salads and I enjoy eating fish (although I don't frequently prepare fish recipes).
I just love my sweets too! I used to enjoy only chocolate desserts but as I get older I am enjoying less chocolate and more variety such as spice cakes and cookies, key lime pie and lemon desserts.
