about me

I love to cook and have trained in a restaurant as well as catered many events. I'm a total foodie. I hate taking people (or kids) with me to the grocery store, because I feel rushed when I want to look at everything. I love to bake and create sauces. My kids love to eat so it's fun to watch them eat spinach in dips and onions in chili. They don't even realize their eating "icky" vegetables. The more complicated a recipe, the more I'm intrigued, and usually end up trying it. My style of cooking is to research a bunch of similar recipes, then make up my own based on what I think will taste the best.
