Mum of 2. Don't eat any meat, but do eat fish/eggs/dairy. Husband major carnavore...kids somewhere in the middle. I try not to cook 2 different dishes every night!!
I collect cookbooks, faves are Madhur Jaffrey and all the Moosewoods/Mollie Katzen.
