My DH and I (34 yrs) had an empty nest for about 4 years. In Sept 07 our 20 something daughter moved back and in April 08 her oldest sister move in with our 3 grandchildren, 7, 6 & 2. I own my own business and work from home. Believe me this was much easier when it was me and the cat all day. I come to RecipeZaar frequently looking for new ideas, things that the kids will enjoy, as well as us grown-ups. The 2 older boys are die-hard chicken nugget or hot dog fans. Never a dull moment! I just keep telling myself that it keeps me young!

I am famous for my Prime Rib sandwiches. I serve them for the Rose Bowl and Super Bowl get togethers. I can never make enough......
