I'm a univeristy student trying to live a tastier life than most of my peers! I have a passion for cooking, singing, a pint of beer at the pub with friends, and somehow making it through school!
I will eat almost everything and anything unless it involves beets, brussel sprouts, or raw celery. However, I am confident I will have them prepared the "right" way one day and it will be amazing.
I make a mean improvised curry and am required to make ribs for every potluck I attend.
Since being away from home I have expanded my meat-and-potato roots into curry, tagines, stir-fries, freid rice, mango-cucumber salsas, chai-tea spiced oatmeal pancakes, and spice rubs construced by me and my housemates for every purpose. However, anything saucy and grilled with a nice pint of white ale or red wine will always win me over. Or ANYTHING involving sweet potatoes.
