I live in Colorado. My favorite cookbook... hmm, probably this website!! I just started Once-A-Month cooking a couple months ago, so I am always looked for new recipes that will do well in the freezer.

Favorite Foods:

My "specialty" is spinach calzone, although I don't make it very often.

My favorite restaurant is a toss-up between Carraba's and Olive Garden. If I could have Olive Garden breadsticks and salad, Carraba's Chicken Bryan and garlic mashed potatoes, and Olive Garden Black Tie Mousse Cake all in one meal, I'd be in Heaven.
