Hi im Katie and i live in Santa Fe, New Mexico, on the verge of moving to Louisiana. My favorite cookbook it well, this is a hard question...well i dont know, i have to many. I love to cook, my favorite recipe to make is probably, cornbread from scratch, chocolate truffles from scratch, and my favorite, SPAGHETTI!!! (from scratch) I know this may sound weird but im almost 12 and can cook about 18 things from scratch!!!!! I do all the cooking in my house, my mom loves it. My mom is wildheart.

Favorite Foods:

My mom says that the best thionk i make is chocolate truffles, i agree. My favorite resturants are The Mandarin House (chinese), The Olive Garden, and my moms VERY loved kitchen!
