about me

I am the wife of one, mother of 2, grandmother of one, and I have a wheat sensitivity so enjoy experimenting with wheat-free (and gluten-free) cooking. I am also diabetic so cook without sugar as much as possible, too. I am getting a new kitchen as we speak and am anxious to put it to work.
We are retired and we spend nearly half of each year traveling in our 38' motor home.

Favorite Foods:

Seafood of any kind as long as it's not raw, Mexican, Indian, Greek, Etc. Love veggies - salad, grilled, etc.
