I live in the beautiful city of St.John's Newfoundland.I work in an ice cream factory and yes I get to sample I don't have a favorite cookbook as such but I have put together quite a collection of recipes that have interested me over the years.Hmmm,a month off work,if the money allowed I would travel.My biggest passion would have to be bunnies,yep rabbits,I love em.I have one named Willow.I also collect alot of rabbit figurines and just about anything to do with them.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite dish to cook would have to be what we call here in Newfoundland,a jiggs dinner.That would be a main dish of turkey,chicken,roast and with that would be cabbage,carrots,potatoes,salt meat,dressing and gravy.Yum!
