I live in Chicago — I love to cook but have very little time to do so because I work really crazy hours

Favorite cookbook: 365 healthy ways to cook tofu & other meat substitutes.

I'm not exactly vegetarian but I don't eat a lot of meat & enjoy experimenting w/ tofu, TVP and other meat alternatives.

I'm also trying to eat as healthy as possible, including low cal and avoiding sugar/pasta/bread
