Just moved from Colorado back to Tennessee where we have land at the foot of the Smokies. We love to gather nature's bounty, as well as grow our own garden and raise our own chickens. We're livin' the life — now we just have to learn how to grow it, cook it, can it, preserve it, and do it all sustainably and organically! Eating it will be the easy part!
