I live in Southeast Louisiana. I collect recipe books, but I have no favorite. I am a nurse. For fun I make holiday crafts for family and friends.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite foods to cook are desserts. I truely enjoy the look on everyone's faces as they first see my desserts, and then nothing else compares to the look on their faces as they taste them. I am famous for the halloween treats that I make for our annual Halloween Party. My favorite restuarant is Copeland's. There's always something new on the menu.
