about me

Hi! I live in a very small town with my husband. It's out in the country and I love it. I have a large garden in the summer and I enjoy cooking. I have two small dogs, Taffie & Freckles. We enjoy fishing and camping and we like to travel. We have a 37 foot fifth-wheel trailer that we like to use to "get away". My husband is retired so it's easier for us to go now.

I enjoy cooking just about everything. Some of my favorites are dishes that I worked out myself. I guess my most famous dish is a Coconut Creme Pie that I made up and make every Thanksgiving. Don't have a favorite restaurant - I like them all as long as there is no "drive through". I'm not a big fan of fast food. I like almost all food. As a matter of fact, I can't think of anything that I really don't like. The same cannot be said of my husband though. He has quite a few dislikes. I'm the more adventurous eater of the two of us.
