about me

I'm a stay-at-home mom in NC. There's me, my husband, and our seven year old son, who is a bit on the picky side. I like cooking, but lately it's become more of a chore than a treat. My friends all enjoy my baking, especially the holiday cookie trays I make every year with my best friend. My favorite cookbooks are the Better Homes and Gardens cookbook I got as a wedding gift, and Desperation Entertaining! by Beverly Mills and Alicia Ross. I try to do a bit of cooking for the freezer, but I'm not organized enough for true OAMC.
