Hi all! My name is Monika and I LOVE to cook but the best part is to eat! I take weekly cooking class and am an aspiring resuraunt owner! Sigh Not in this economy! Lol! My favorite cookbook is the 1950's Betty Crocker, It has everything from casaroles to capers! Anyway, I cook whenever given the chance and I always like to try new things!
