about me

I'm a beginning chef who loves to cook all the time. I am a vegetarian and I love cooking veggie dishes, however I also cook a mean chicken risotto and turkey, melted mozarella, basil and sundried tomato sandwich. My dad taught me everything I know, and after that I just have used creativity and experimentation.

Favorite Foods:

Sushi, fresh hearty salads, grilled salmon, broccoli, tofu, lime popcicles, bread, pasta, seared ahi tuna, garlic shrimp, most veggies, and cheese of course!
