I'm a self (and mother) taught cook. I have worked in several restaurants ranging from a small line cafe at college to a five star gourmet organic resort on Washington Island. I have a 9 year old daughter. I am in love with food. My friends all think I should open up my own restaraunt. I have considered opening up a restaraunt that donates meals and a percentage of proceeds to the homeless and to hungry families.
Chinese cuisine, my mom's beef/crunchy rice/yogurt sauce meal, grasshopper cookies, beef ribs, chicken wings, exotic foods.
