I love to cook odd foods, and traditionals I love to change up. My family and I have been in the restaurant business for almost 70 years. I have many recipes for just about anything ( I am reluctant to give them out at this time but in time I will). On the side I am a professional food critic as well as a food taster for companies. I live for food.

Bear, ostrich, alligator, rattlesnake, venison, shark, marlin (blue), and anything sicilian or hawaii'an since these are my main backgrounds.
