Well to start I live with my two totally spoilt cats named Jazzdoll (my girl) and Sammy (my big boy) who run the house, well at least they think they do lol! the recent photo above is me with my beautiful big boy Sammy, next to my sons my cats are my greatest joy, I am an an extreme animal lover and my only wish is to find loving homes for every animal that needs one --- I recently had to say goodbye to my poodle Brandy we had him for 16-1/2 years and I am also dealing with the sudden death of my husband who passed away Dec/08...

I am now semi-retired and work only part time as a recipe developer, it's a great job and allows me to have the extra time for writing my cookbook...

During my time as a member of this site I have posted many of my favorite recipes for everyone here to enjoy, some recipes going back over 30 years and all of the recipes I post here on the site have been made and tested by me first ...

there has been a continued overwhelming response on my recipes and I am delighted and honored to hear that the majority of the members have enjoyed them, and for those who did not I understand we all have different tastes...

.... Since I am Greek-born Greek food is high on my list, I also love Mexican, Asian and Mediterrenean style dishes, recipes with tons of flavor, we also love to barbecue in the summer time and do so often weather permitting....
I'm not fussy and will try just about any food!
