I live in a suburb of Rochester, NY. I spent about 14 years in the food service management field. Lately I have been a truck driver.
I do not have a favorite cookbook, but I really enjoy looking through all different styles of cookbooks.

Favorite Foods:

I worked for a restaurant that started selling Chicken wings,when they first became popular. In fact our cost at that time was .28 per lb. I developed my own wing sauce, and I even bottled it, and sold it. (my recipe is on this site)
I also make some potato dishes that my two older daughters will insist that I make whenever we get together.
My favorite restaurant is The Olive Garden.
