I've recently moved to Ottawa, from Alberta. I'm always searching for new recipes, new exciting dinner methods, and anything that can be made with minimal fuss, clean-up, and ingredients (being that I have to be careful when I buy groceries - lest I buy the store out!).
Since they suggested this, my favourite cookbook is what I refer to as the cooking bible, known to all as The Joy of Cooking. Any cookbook that can tell me how to prepare game gets an A-plus. Y'know, in the event of global disorder.
