about me

Hi my name is Andrea. I am a work at home mom. Hate my job most days, love my family most days. We have been without an oven for almost two years now. Due to cost at first, but then it became a great challenge to cook yummy meals without it.I have always enjoyed cooking, but over the last few years living in England and the ridiculously small kitchens it took a back seat. We do have a toaster oven, a pizza cooker, microwave, three skillets, an electric burner and a couple of crock pots. So most of the recipes will be crock pot ones and none use an oven or if they do just insert toaster oven lol.

most casseroles - no onion
meat loaf - no onion
tuna noodle casserole my husband hates it so I only have it at pot lucks, but I love it! It always tastes better when someone else makes it anyway. Please mail me if you would like to make me one and I'll give you an address to send it lol just kidding please don't!
