about me

I am my kids mom. I stay home with my four and three year old kids. My husband has been in the military for 20 years and I am ready for him to retire to something else. I love reading cookbooks and trying new recipes. I especially like getting on the net and browsing recipe sites. I also can't pass up suspense/thriller novels.

Favorite Foods:

I love pasta, potatoes and bread. Salad is pretty high up there, too; mostly main dish salads, though I think I could easily become a vegetarian. Right now my favorite restaurant is Chili's along with any Mexican restaurant, can't get enough of it! My favorite dish to make is Chicken enchilada casserole. Yum!! I am also trying to watch the trans fats and staying away from high-fructose corn syrup. (Didn't mean to get too serious, but it has become a major concern of mine.)
