about me

I am a stay at home dad with 3 biological children and 4 foster children. I am a US Army disabled veteran / funeral director that is now disabled. My favorite stress releaver is not to eat but to cook! With this many children (They are all boys) I always have plenty of willing subjects to eat whatever I cook. I like to cook different foods, and I always try to teach the kids to cook before they leave my house. I have a 13 year old son that can cook anything I tell him. Each night I have one assistant and it rotates each day. Well that it enough for now. Happy Cooking Everyone!!!

Favorite Foods:

Seafood Alfredo is the best, after that I like Hunan Style Food, Salads with NO iceburg lettuce in them, All FRESH fish, Calamari, Just about anything unusual I will try at least once.
