I love to cook and have a pretty captive audience with my father and my co-workers.

If I had a month off with no work and no responsibilities I would love to take a cooks tour of europe. There is nothing better than learning simple meals from people who love what they do!

Favorite Foods:

I don't have a favorite dish to make...I love to make desserts and really can't make an appearence at a party without a dessert in tow. My family doesn't even allow me to pick something different to make for family reunions...I just recieve a note to make "that chocolate stuff" or "you know what we like"...
I am a native of South east michigan and I am about 30 minutes from windson ontario...I love The Cook's Shop in Windsor, and Rosebud's on Rush in Chicago. I love Italian food and I think both of these places give me the foods and tastes that I grew up with plus that something special!
