I'm a third generation vegetarian who is passionate about cooking and being creative with food! I'm also an administrative assistant working towards becoming a personal chef.

My daughter Emily thinks I am the "best cook in the world."
Current projects are creating an original muffin recipe and a stuffed pepper recipe - have almost achieved the tastes I'm looking for.
I love comfort food: macaroni and cheese, potato-leek soup, cornbread, Scottish Oatmeal Scones, White Vege-Chicken Chili, potato salad, pasta salad, BBQ Tofu over Basmati Rice...
My favorite cuisine has been Mexican ever since I had my first cheese enchiladas at the age of six.
