I have always loved every recipe by Julia Child. Yes I know it's rather outdated, but I never had a recipe of hers that didn't turn out superb.

My favourite piece of equipment is the NuWave Oven and I tend to adapt most recipies to it.

Unfortunately, Jack & I are about to be lap-banded as My darling has to lose 20 kg before heart surgery.

I guess that I will be investigating recipes for life after that procedure.

Mexican, Italian, Turkish, Chinese and American (both North & South)
