I am a 43 year old, married mother of three, step-mom to two.
I like cooking food that pleases everyone. Not too fancy, just good old fashioned food.
I dislike fad foods and dishes that are just pretentious, and more for looks rather than taste.
My favorite cookbook is the old red Betty Crocker Cookbook I got for a shower gift, some 23 years ago. It's great as a "once in a great while" refernce guide. Otherwise, I use the internet and Food Network for inspiration and tips.

Favorite Foods:

Chicken, Potatoes, Beef, Pasta, Breads...good old fashioned comfort food.
