about me

I just love to cook and garden and when my veggie garden is blooming I get to enjoy both! My family and I live in NY and they love to sample the dishes. I dont really have a favorite cusine I enjoy food from all over the world. I joined about a year ago and love this site, but I have beeen remiss in rating all the delicious recipes I have tried so I am making it my goal to try to be more consistant and hopefully never use the word yummy.
I am kind of new to this so I'm updating my page as I get used to it. My major love is my dogs they are terriers 2 scotties and a westie all are rescues and are always willing to sample anything I might make or drop on the floor. They are most happiest when I am making chicken stock!

Too many to mention, but when the weather cools the first thing I think about is mac and cheese. My parents are from Scotland and I moved around between Scotland and the USA as a kid so soups and stews are always big in my family so easy and what ever you have on hand can go into the pot
