about me

Cooking is one of my passions, my BF swears I spend all of my free time in the kitchen. I am a mom of two, a daughter age 10 and a son age 8, with a live in significant other and his son age 15. All of whom enjoy sampling all of the things I cook...or at least most of them,lol. I work full time as quality control for digital imaging. The rest of the time I spend running kids to practice or scouts.

Favorite Foods:

I love love love Mexican food and would like to get better at preparing some traditional mexican cuisine, I have almost mastered pueblo style green chile. Woo hoo! My other favorite style of cooking is Italian, but I would love to learn the french style of cooking as well. Most nights I enjoy good ol american comfort food, especially the quick and easy kind and of course delicious! The fancy stuff I save for my weekends
