I am currently a stay-at-home Mom with one nine month-old son. Will re-enter the workforce within the next couple of years. For fun - I love to COOK, read (non-fiction, fiction, cookbooks!), travel, play bridge, practice pilates. Favorite cookbooks are of the school, church, Junior League variety.

Favorite Foods:

Favorite dishes to cook - vegetables, vegetarian dishes, chicken, seafood. Need to work on the baking! Like healthy cooking mostly, but I'm not afraid of butter, cheese, or cream either! Famous in the family for my Chicken and Biscuit casserole which I will post today!
