I live in the beautiful, rainy northwest. I'm currently working as a CNA taking care senors with mental illness. I love cooking and would like someday to own my own resturant. My passions include photography, cooking, reading and of course, shoping. I enjoy swiming and hiking.

Favorite Foods:

I love great food; Japanese, Thia, Italian, Cajan, Greek, Middle Eastern and Indian foods are my favorite kinds of food. Basically, I love spicey food, the opposite of my Irish/German upbringing. Curry is the gift from God!!! Becoming from the washington state, I love Pacific-Coast influshion food and any fresh seafood. My two comfort foods is homemade mashed potatoes and cheesecake. I hate red meat dishes. I feel very strongly in buying organic, locally grown vegetables and dairy products.
