Displaced New Englander living in a hip and posh suburb of Chicago. In search of old school recipes from my memories of New England.

Famous for:

-Cheesy Chicken (like chicken parmigiana, but baked with secret ingredients)

-Chicken kabobs, the secret marinade will make your mouth drool with delite!

-Curry chicken (or pork) with couscous, perfect for that desired Indian cuisine taste, with added nutritional benefits!

-Clam chowdah

-American Chop Suey (secret recipe, I will not reveal!)

Favorite dish to cook: Chicken nachos w/ sour cream and homemade guacamole

Favorite restaurant: Any restaurant in New England that specializes in clam chowder, steamers, fried clams, and of course, lobster.

Favorite Foods:

Seafood, pickles, dim sum, Cape Cod salt n vinegar flavored chips, Oberweis milkshakes (the best thing to come from Illinois), and OF COURSE, Fenway Franks! GO RED SOX!
